Job Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in HR
  • Experience of 4-6 years Wealth Talent Acquisition will be added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player with strong business acumen
  • People Management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure that job descriptions are in place for all positions.
  • Souring and recruiting candidates through database, job portals, social media and other avenues
  • Screening and evaluating candidates
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews
  • Creating and assessing assignments and any aptitude tests
  • Develop and implement an induction/orientation program for all new hires.
  • Provide work directions, resolves problems, prepares schedules relating to Human Resources administration work.
  • Evaluate all Human Resources policies, procedures and forms, and revise them as and when necessary.
  • Improve efficiency and work flow.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of human resources.
