Job Requirements:
- Post Graduate in HR
- Experience of 4-6 years Wealth Talent Acquisition will be added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player with strong business acumen

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure that job descriptions are in place for all positions.
- Souring and recruiting candidates through database, job portals, social media and other avenues
- Screening and evaluating candidates
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Creating and assessing assignments and any aptitude tests
- Develop and implement an induction/orientation program for all new hires.
- Provide work directions, resolves problems, prepares schedules relating to Human Resources administration work.
- Evaluate all Human Resources policies, procedures and forms, and revise them as and when necessary.
- Improve efficiency and work flow.
- Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of human resources.
