Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization as a Project manager operative .
  • Preferable experience with managing operations for at least 4 commercial products and 2 manufacturing sites.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Project Planning and Internal operations
  • Works with manufacturing teams, commercial team, QA, QC and non technical teams to plan specif ic requirements per month,
  • Closely coordinate with the logistics executive to green-signal samples and manufacturing dispatches .
  • Proactively manage project level operational aspects especially at patient & hospital level and make necessary adjustments as the situation might require.
  • Strong management of timeline, budget, resources and vendors.
  • Manage relationships and serve as a single point of contact for internal operations.
  • Creates, coordinate and maintains all production scheduling on the CAR-T manufacturing level .
  • Works with the procurement team as an internal supply chain interventionist as required, to ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • Responsible for managing cross-collaboration of the core team and for overall project delivery to support and to manage study issues and obstacles.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to daily issues with cross-functional team (including with vendors, sites, team members)
  • Provide ef f icient updates on progress to the Head/ Director, with respect to vendor selection, project plans, budget and timeline management, quality standards and risk mitigation.
  • Identify and assist in developing continuous improvement activities based on important trends such as regulatory, new technology, etc.
