Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, f inance, or relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in inventory management sof tware and forecasting techniques.
• Experience of Biotech/ Pharma will be preferrable

• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. 
• Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
• Receipt of material from vendors.
• Check of material upon receipt as per SOP for quantity and quality against PO.
• Stack the material in the correct order in the RM store.
• Manage the RM store inward and outward inventory.
• Interact with the Manufacturing team for their projected consumption and requirements.
• Do inventory planning basis the projected production and consumption requirement.
• Interact with Purchase department where necessary to report deviations in material quality, service etc.
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready f or shipment.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Order new supplies to avoid inef f iciencies or excessive surplus.
• Manage the MIS of the store as per agreed format.
• Update sof tware with necessary data and details and keep it up -to-date
