Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and tracking key milestones and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
Working with multiple internal stakeholders to track key deliverables towards closure
Closely monitoring project progress and identifying key blocker items, if any. Resolving blocker items to ensure smooth project delivery
Developing best-in-market customer journeys (both back end and front end)/product solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Work with tech teams to prioritize requirements and see them through to launch
Ensure all other approvals are in place such as compliance and legal
Constant analysis of data and key metrics to identify problem statements as well as aiding the leadership team in decision making and strategy planning
