Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Qualification - Chartered Accountant or Any Graduation
- 8 – 10 years of experience
- Experience in Broking, Exchanges etc that would be added advantage.
- Preparation of quarterly & annual financial Statements along with notes to accounts and cash flow statement (standalone & consolidated)
- Compliance with applicable laws like Companies Act, FEMA etc.
- Handling statutory & internal audits.
- Preparation of budgets, MIS & Minutes of the meeting
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, SAP and Excel
- Verification of payments, XBRL, Related Party, Prepaid, Provisions, Ageing of receivable & payables, ledger scrutiny, variance analysis
- Updating SOP & Internal Financial Control matrix
