Job Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience with prior experience in partnership management in a sales oriented role.
- Past experience of managing internal (Group level) partnerships will be an added plus
- Knowledge of wealth business like MF, Equity, Bonds, Insurance. Candidates with existing
- certification in MFs will be preferred
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
- Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Ahmedabad
- Continuously scan the bank ecosystem and identify partnership opportunities with different Bank channels
- Regular demos at branch /cluster level to ensure engagement and keeping the channel partners updated on the new features
- Establish sustainable, beneficial relationships to drive customer acquisition for the SmartWealth offering through these partnerships with other bank channels
- Identify and negotiate partnership frameworks with Bank channels – play a role in creating win-win propositions for bank channels as well as for the SmartWealth team
- Gain mindshare and wallet-share of various bank channels.
- Work with Bank channel teams to create the Partnership construct
- Plan and execute channel strategy
- Define and track channel KPIs – Meet input (Territory coverage, Meetings/ demos for
- channel partners etc.) and output (App Downloads, App registrations, Net Sales, AUM etc.) goals defined for the channel o Setup framework for structured reviews within bank for the new channel o Monitor, measure and evaluate existing partner relationships with the objective of constant improvement Stakeholder Management
- Plan and execute internal R&R campaigns and create engagement beyond R&R, like training sessions etc.
- Coverage of assigned territory to create and maintain good relationship across hierarchy in bank specially Branch Banking.
- Ensure internal & external collaboration – Assist team in overcoming any challenges with
- Bank channels to ensure effective and sustainable relationships are maintained
- Test and review app and give feedback to the Tech and Product team
- Trainig & Development
- Functional/ Industry Knowledge: Keep updated on functional and industry knowledge;
- Constantly be aware of changing market conditions, product development and competitors abilities.
- Developing people & relationships: Set a positive example, guide colleagues (as required) through new tasks, builds rapport with others
- Research excellence: Strong level of knowledge in mutual funds, Insurance and relate areas
- Result and Process Orientation: Focus on creating measures of excellence
- Participate in meetings to provide regular industry updates, new product offerings, offerings by competitors etc
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure 100% adherence to all desk processes and that any exceptions highlighted by
- Supervisor / Product / Audit are rectified immediately to align with bank policies
- Major Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties):
- Internal: Wealth Product, Research, Service, Tech teams, Various Bank channel teams
- External: Regulators, Subsidiary/ Group companies, Insurance service providers, Mutual Fund houses, Registrar and transfer agents.
