Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management.
  • At least 15 + years of industry-related experience including three years in senior management required.
  • Experience in managing hostels, hotel or corporate facility
  • Should have sound knowledge of managing the entire operations for a bigger set up(student oriented preferred)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Excellent Presentation Skills 
  • Excellent Leadership, Man Management & Decision-Making skills
  • Self-Starter with high energy level and ability to handle diverse work pressure and stress
Job Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Approach to drive transformation in the client business processes
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Client & Account Management
  • SLA/ KPI Management
  • People Management
  • Managing performance of team and driving them.
  • Managing P & L
  • This role will be responsible for plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities
    in all our own hostels.Work location will be Mumbai but willing to travel to all our sites at a short notice. (Sonipat, Jaipur. Solan, Rajkot). Please note it’s a 5 days working policy, but sites are operational 24x7. There can be travel during weekends also.
