Job Requirements: 

• Total years of work exp required: 6-8 years in Broking/Wealth   

• Relevant Experience required: 2-3 years in training of Broking/Wealth   

• Industry Preference, if any: Broking/Wealth   

• Base Location: Cello Goregaon/Biggest branch in Mumbai – but needs to be on field with sales team 2-3 times in a week.  & travel to other branches across Mumbai when needed.   

• Extent of Travelling: Mention Places, as well as no of days in a month expected to travel – Zonal/Regional offices once in 45 days.  Total 6-8 zones or regions to be covered in a year. 

• Education Qualification: MBA/ graduate with broking/ wealth certifications &/ any Train the trainer certification. 

• Any specific certification required: NISM 8 or related certifications 

Job Responsibilities: 

• To provide necessary enablers like training, feedback, field sales training & selling skills across the employee lifecycle to bring improvement in productivity for focused business segment mainly - Retail, Franchisee, Banca, Insti broking, Wealth & any other broking/ wealth frontline teams of the firm 

• Design and Implement sales capability modules & learning architectures to drive team productivity  

• Drive central training initiatives & Front-line Manager Efficiency sessions 

• Deliver Cross-sell / multiproduct trainings – insurance, lending, mutual funds 

• Regular Knowledge & assessment sessions, engage to drive productivity as per Frontline KRA’s 

• Enabling the new joinees to become business ready within first month of joining across Stocks & securities business 

• New joinee induction and ensure 90 days journey for new joinees 

• Continuous Improvement in Program Structure/ Learning architectures and regular content update 

• Maintain necessary training trackers, attendance upload for learning index, Dashboarding & visibility creation of initiatives
