Job Requirements:
 CA / CFA / MBA in Finance
 Experience of 5 - 7 years from stock broking industry
Job Responsibilities:
 To build large databases by extracting/collating appropriate datasets from data vendors like Bloomberg, Reuters, Cline, etc. and organize the data into subheads (viz. macros / micros / sectoral /
valuations).
 To understand the growth trends of the industry by analysing parameters affecting the dynamics of the industry.
 To analyze data using top-down approach (international asset class level, country level
and sector level) and also on a bottomup basis on assigned sectors to come up with investment ideas for the investment teamand clients.
 To analyze companies/sectors using tools like ratio analysis, time series and cross sectional analysis, so as to make a judgment regarding investment potential of the various sectors and the companies within various sectors.
 To read relevant materials from the industry body and participate in industry conferences to maintain the sharpness in investment analysis
 To meet the managements of a company and understand the key trends in the sector, the company and its future plan.
 To project the earnings of the company in medium and long term.
 To prepare an investment argument based on the findings of the analysis and help the investment team build a portfolio as per the risk/return framework of the investor.
 To contribute to various products which require team efforts like strategic investment report, morning report, morning sales note, concalls, weekly report
 To increase the visibility of the research team by contributing articles to various media reports.

 To analyse large and complex databases of macro and micro information and create wellstructured report
 To disseminate research reports/output to investors/clients helping them take investment decisions.
 To provide research support and inputs for consumption by the investment team in building portfolios and prepare reports/advisory for the clients
 To timely work on and generate investment ideas so as to capture maximum gains out of it.
