Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate/ PG/ CA
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• 3-15 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit or credit rating agencies
• Very strong relationship skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Knowledge of industry and companies
• Exposure to banking preferable
• Strong understanding of on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.

• Converting product and structuring ideas generates by ECM team into client presentations with attention to detail.
• Financial analysis (historical) and financial modelling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives.
• Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.
• Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparable, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.
• Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.
