Job Description
Job Requirement:
- 3- 5 years experience in relevant segment and financial modeling would be
preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial model independently and analysis of data provided with
proficiency in Microsoft excel - Preparation of Pitch document, Information Memorandum, Bank Documents.
- Co-ordination with lender universe – NBFC, Banks, AIF, Special Situation Funds etc
for the execution of fund raise mandate. - Client Acquisition for Debt Syndication , Restructuring and Advisory.
- Developing and maintaining relations with lenders and client
