Job Description
Job Requirements:
- MBA/ CA/ CS/ ICWAI/ CFA
- Any professional qualification or post graduate degree in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market or banking from a university or an institution recognized by the Central Government or any State Government or a foreign university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management
- Will be responsible for entire compliances of GIFT City AIF
- To ensure that the GIFT FME & AIF are in compliance with the provisions of SEZ regulations and ISFCA regulations
- Coordination with Head of Compliance office in Mumbai, Administrator, bank custodian and other entities in GIFT
- Review NAV Calculation & Audit co-ordination
